Red light in Cannes

Red light, also called photobiomodulation, means exposing the body to low-intensity red and near-infrared light, with no ultraviolet. At REGEN GRAY, in Cannes, the session is spent lying down, in a private station, for 20 or 30 minutes.

How a session goes

You lie on a bed of light that covers the whole body, shoulders to ankles. The light is gentle, with no marked heat; it does not tan and contains no UV. A fine saline mist and a vibration massage accompany the session, and the intensity is yours to set.

Red light is part of your protocol: it can follow or precede another experience, as defined at your first visit.

What people come for

A moment of deep rest, a feeling of recovery after effort or travel, time for the skin: these are the reasons most often given by people who use red light. REGEN GRAY attaches no therapeutic promise to it.

REGEN GRAY performs no medical act: no diagnosis, no prescription, no therapeutic promise. Sessions are wellness and non-medical prevention. If you have a condition or are under treatment, ask your doctor before booking.

Precautions

Red light is not advised in cases of photosensitive epilepsy or during a photosensitising treatment. During pregnancy, ask your doctor. These points are reviewed with you at the first visit.
