Muscle stimulation and drainage in Cannes
The Silhouette Shaper is a muscle stimulation and drainage platform: lying down, you do not move, the stimulation reaches the muscles deep down, in waves, while rollers travel over the body. 30 minutes or one hour, without a drop of sweat, at REGEN GRAY in Cannes.
One session, lying down, no effort
You lie down on the platform. Low-intensity electrical stimulation works the muscles in waves, while draining rollers travel over the body. The intensity is set at your request; the team stays within earshot.
The Essential session lasts 30 minutes. The long session lasts one hour. As a pathway, the Silhouette Shaper follows the oxygen chamber (1 h 40 on site) or the red light bed (1 h 10).
Muscle stimulation, electrostimulation, EMS: what are we talking about?
EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation: low-intensity electrical impulses make the muscles contract, without voluntary movement. Drainage, here, is mechanical: rollers apply a pressure that moves over the body. The Silhouette Shaper brings both together in one session.
At REGEN GRAY, this session is wellness: no medical act, no diagnosis, no promise of results. If you have a condition, are pregnant, wear an electronic implant or are under treatment, ask your doctor before booking.
Who it is for
For those who want to work their muscles without a workout. For athletes, alongside training. For a moment of recovery after exercise. Sessions can be booked on their own, as a pack or as a membership plan.
