Oxygen chamber in Cannes

An oxygen chamber is an individual cabin in which you breathe oxygen-enriched air at a pressure slightly above ambient. At REGEN GRAY, in Cannes, the session is spent seated, in quiet, for 60 or 90 minutes.

Oxygen chamber or hyperbaric chamber?

People often say hyperbaric chamber. The term also covers hyperbaric oxygen therapy carried out in hospital, at high pressure and on prescription: that is a medical act, which REGEN GRAY does not perform.

The chamber at REGEN GRAY is a wellness device, at moderate pressure. It is booked as a session of rest and recovery, within a personal protocol.

How a session goes

You step into an individual cabin with panoramic windows and settle into a seat that follows your back. The air is enriched with oxygen and the pressure rises gently, as in a descending aircraft. You can read, rest or do nothing.

A member of the team stays within earshot throughout.

Precautions

The chamber is not advised in cases of acute ENT conditions (cold, ear infection, sinusitis), pneumothorax, recent surgery or marked claustrophobia. During pregnancy or treatment, ask your doctor. These points are checked at the first visit.

REGEN GRAY performs no medical act: no diagnosis, no prescription, no therapeutic promise. Sessions are wellness and non-medical prevention. If you have a condition or are under treatment, ask your doctor before booking.
