Data collected

When you join the waiting list, we collect your first name, your email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number. No other data is collected by this site.

Purposes and legal basis

These details are used only to inform you of the opening of the center and the first booking slots, then to manage your relationship with REGEN GRAY if you become a member. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

Your data is kept for three years after your last exchange with REGEN GRAY, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is processed by REGEN GRAY and by its host Netlify, Inc. (United States), which receives the forms under standard contractual clauses. Online booking is provided by the Fresha platform, which receives your contact and booking details on behalf of REGEN GRAY and processes them under its own privacy policy (terms.fresha.com/privacy-policy). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@regengray.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
